TERMS OF SERVICE

> 1. Your agreement with Bloxstack

By creating an account or using Bloxstack in any way you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

> 2. Using the service

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Keep your account credentials secret and secure.
• Don’t upload content that is illegal, harassing, or violates someone else’s rights.
• Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload our systems.
• Respect rate-limits and fair-use guidelines. Excessive automated usage may be throttled.

> 3. Your content

You keep full ownership of the content you upload (messages, files, code, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to store, process and, when requested, display or transform that content solely to provide the service. Remove the content or close your account to terminate the licence.

> 4. Intellectual property

Bloxstack, its logo, and all associated software are the property of Bloxstack Inc. Using the platform does not give you ownership of our IP. Please don't resell, clone, or falsely represent our work.

> 5. Fees & fair use

Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe. Additional usage beyond your plan's quota may incur overage charges. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

> 6. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as-is". We make no guarantees it will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we aim for 99.9% uptime.

> 7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloxstack will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service.

> 8. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or pose a security risk. We'll attempt to provide notice unless legally prohibited.

> 9. Changes to these terms

We may update the terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. We'll announce major changes in-app or via email at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use Bloxstack after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
